These Terms of Use govern your use of kladeai.com (the "Site"), operated by Klade, Inc.. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website for our motion-design video services. It lets you view our work and contact us or book a call. Using the Site does not create a contract for services; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, do not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; interfere with its normal operation; scrape or harvest data at scale; upload malicious code; or use the Site to break the law or infringe others' rights.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including the portfolio videos, text, graphics, logos, and the "Klade" name, are owned by Klade, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The portfolio pieces shown are demonstration work created by Klade. You may view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

4. Booking and communications

Scheduling a call or emailing us does not obligate either party to enter into an engagement. Pricing, scope, deliverables, timelines, and ownership of commissioned work are set out in the separate agreement for each project.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site embeds or links to third-party services (for example, the Calendly scheduling widget). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klade, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Klade, Inc. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
